Understanding your fitness goals is the first step in creating your personalized workout plan. In this form, you’ll share information about your health history, current occupation, hobbies, and more. This will help us tailor a fitness program to your unique needs and goals.

Fitness Membership Agreement

Our Fitness Membership Agreement is a comprehensive document that outlines what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. It covers everything from the services we provide to confidentiality, cancellation policies, and more. Please read this membership agreement carefully and sign it before we start your fitness journey.

Schedule Your Initial Fitness Assessment

Our Fitness Assessment is a customized evaluation process inspired by proven methodologies in the fitness industry. This vital step allows us to gauge your current fitness level, which serves as the cornerstone for designing your personalized workout plan. By accurately understanding where you’re starting from, we can track your progress with precision and continually adapt your plan as you evolve on your fitness journey. Please note: each client is eligible for one free initial assessment. Any subsequent assessments, regardless of time elapsed, will be provided as part of our fitness packages.
