1. Complete the Fitness Goals Form: If you haven't already, fill out the Fitness Goals Form. This step is essential as it helps us to understand your fitness goals and current physical condition.
2. Review the Contract: Please take a moment to look over our Personal Training Contract Agreement. It details some important aspects of our services, payment terms, and cancellation policies. If you have any questions about it, don't hesitate to contact us. And don't worry, we will go over the contract together during our session to ensure everything is clear and you're comfortable before we start.

3. Explore Fitness Packages: If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to explore our fitness packages. If you're unsure which one to choose, don't worry. During your initial assessment, we'll guide you to the best package based on your performance level and fitness goals.
